1. Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of DLR Detail's Terms of Use. By booking any service, you agree to all
terms before making an appointment. Once booked, you are legally bound to these terms.
2. Packages
DLR Detail offers multiple packages depending on vehicle type. Prices and services may change at any
time and will be updated on the official website.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Declined payments must be
resolved immediately. Collection may begin after 48 hours of failed payment.
4. Booking Conditions
Customers must remove valuables before service. DLR Detail is not liable for any loss or damage.
Vehicles are serviced at the owner's risk and must tolerate normal cleaning.
- We may reschedule due to weather or operational issues
- Extra work may be charged at $50/hour
- Hazard cleaning includes a 20% surcharge
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior. Late cancellations incur a $40 fee.
6. Satisfaction Policy
If service is unsatisfactory, we will fix it free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 24
hours with proof via phone or email.
7. Appointment Time
Arrival may vary due to traffic. Please allow a 30–90 minute window. SMS notifications can be opted
out anytime by texting “STOP”.
8. Referral & Coupons
Referral credits are available for new users only. Misuse (fake accounts, spam, etc.) will result in
disqualification.
9. Terms of Use
By using this site, you agree to all applicable laws. If you disagree, you must not use this
website.
10. Use License
You may temporarily download content for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or
reverse engineer any materials.
11. Disclaimer
All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitations
DLR Detail is not liable for damages including data loss, profit loss, or service interruptions.
